Will you clean my pet area (i.e. dog house, litter boxes, cages, aquariums, tanks, etc.)?

No. All pets MUST be put away while staff is inside the home for safety reasons.

Do you provide laundry services?

Full laundry services are not provided. See the list of services not provided.

Washing and changing linen for Airbnb's, vacation rentals, etc IS provided.

What other services are not provided?

-Laundry Services

-Litter Boxes, Bird Cages, Tanks, Dog crates, Dog houses, Aquariums, training pads (any pet housing/area)

-We will not clean any vomit, feces, bodily fluids, or drug paraphernalia

-Cleaning of antiques and/or specialty items

-High/hard-to-reach areas. For example, if you have tall/high ceilings and your ceiling fans are out of reach they will not be cleaned/dusted

-Deep Carpet Cleaning - We will vacuum but are unable to provide full carpet cleaning services such as shampooing and stain removal)

-Furniture Cleaning

-Junk Removal

-Dish Washing Services - We will load the dishwasher however it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the dishwasher is empty prior to staff loading the dishwasher)

-Exterior cleaning (i.e. pressure washing, outdoor furniture, outdoor patio or porch cleaning, exterior windows, etc)

-Extreme Cleaning (i.e. large amounts of debris from roof caving in, construction clean up, etc)

-Large Amounts of Mold- If it is determined that you have excessive mold and/or excessive mildew build up we will not clean the affected area(s) for safety reasons.

I do not allow people to wear shoes in my home will you remove your shoes when entering?

We do not allow cleaners to remove their shoes during cleaning services however shoe covers are worn and discarded once service is complete.

Am I allowed to tip?

Yes, tips are welcomed. You can add your tip once you pay the final amount or if you prefer to tip in cash that is also available.

Do you offer last-minute or same-day appointments?

We ask that appointments be scheduled in advance to ensure availability, however, if you are in a dire situation and need cleaning services please include in your email the subject URGENT or same-day required so that we can contact you and advise if we are able to accommodate you. Please note there is an additional fee starting at $175 (this DOES NOT include the cost of actual services) for urgent cleanings/services.

What happens if something is missing?

Parks Cleaning Service LLC and its agents will not be responsible for property loss due to the client's failure to secure valuables and/or cash. In the event of legal proceedings, all fees incurred in court on each party's behalf will be the sole responsibility of each party.
