-Laundry Services
-Litter Boxes, Bird Cages, Tanks, Dog crates, Dog houses, Aquariums, training pads (any pet housing/area)
-We will not clean any vomit, feces, bodily fluids, or drug paraphernalia
-Cleaning of antiques and/or speciality items
-High/hard to reach areas. For example, if you have tall/high ceilings and your ceiling fans are out of reach they will not be cleaned/dusted
-Deep Carpet Cleaning - We will vacuum but are unable to provide full carpet cleaning services such as shampooing and stain removal
-Furniture Cleaning
-Junk Removal
-Dish Washing Services - We will load dishwasher however it is customer's responsibility to ensure dishwasher is empty prior to staff loading dishwasher
-Exterior cleaning (i.e. pressure washing, outdoor furniture, outdoor patio or porch cleaning, exterior windows, etc)
-Extreme Cleaning (i.e. large amounts of debris from roof caving in, construction clean up, etc)
-Large Amounts of Mold- If it is determined that you have excessive mold and/or excessive mildew build up we will not clean the affected area(s) for safety reasons.

No, we provide cleaning supplies. Masks, shoe covers, gloves, and aprons are also worn during cleaning.

You do not have to be home for your cleaning. Please be sure to provide the correct code for entry or ensure a key is left in a safe place so that staff can enter, and that all pets and valuables are put away. If at any point the staff feels unsafe, or in danger, we reserve the right to leave without notice, client will be charged for the full service and the police will be notified if deemed necessary.

Our 3 Step Process

Initial Estimate
For residential cleaning, we will discuss your needs and determine the total cost based on the size of your home. For commercial and event cleaning, we will need to tour the facility (or facilities) to determine how often cleaning needs to be done.

Deposit
For residential cleaning, a $50 non-refundable deposit needs to be paid to secure/book the appointment. The $50 will be deducted from the total cost of the service. For commercial cleaning, a deposit will be determined based on a percentage of the estimate.

Cleaning Day
Payment is required at the time of the cleaning. All personal items including mail, valuables, etc. will need to be put away prior to staff arriving.
