Payment Policy
A card must be kept on file and a waiver will need to be signed. If we need to cancel an appointment, we will provide 24 hour notice. While the deposit is non-refundable, we will use it towards the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Customers need to provide at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation. If not notified within 24 hours, the customer will be charged the full price of service. Deposit for canceled appointment cannot be used to rebook another appointment and new deposit will be required.
Frequent cancellations and/or frequent last minute cancellation requests could result in your account being denied future services.
Day Of Cleaning Policy
Masks, shoe covers, gloves, and aprons are worn during cleaning.
You do not have to be home for your cleaning. Please be sure to provide the correct code for entry or ensure a key is left in a safe place so that staff can enter and that all pets and valuables are put away.
If at any point the staff feels unsafe, or in danger, we reserve the right to leave without notice, client will be charged for the full service and the police will be notified if deemed necessary.
Parks Cleaning Service LLC and its agents will not be responsible for property loss due to clients failure to secure valuables and/or cash. In the event of legal proceedings all fees incurred in court on each parties behalf, will be the sole responsibility of each party.
